The hotel is outdated and needs significant improvements. The furniture in the rooms is old and uncomfortable. We had no air conditioning, making our nights warm and restless. Moreover, parking was a nightmare since they only have a few spots available.

I enjoyed the charming ambiance of Minerva Palace. The breakfast truly stood out with a great selection, including delicious eggs and bacon, which isn’t common in Italy. The location couldn’t have been better. it's within walking distance to the train station and plenty of restaurants. Staff members were welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. My room was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The terrace provided a lovely spot to unwind. However, the hotel feels a bit outdated, especially the carpets in the hallways and some of the furniture in the rooms. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during warmer days, as we had to keep the windows open. Also, parking was a challenge. the limited spots were often taken, requiring us to look for parking nearby. If those updates were made, it would significantly enhance the stay experience.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating, promptly assisting with my business needs, including printing documents and setting up a meeting space. The breakfast was satisfactory, with freshly baked pastries and freshly brewed coffee that kickstarted my day perfectly. The location was ideal, situated within walking distance of local restaurants and cafes, perfect for post-work relaxation.

I really appreciated how close we were to the Monumento ai Caduti di Guerra, which is just a short walk away, and the lovely Terme Leopoldine, perfect for enjoying park views during our weekend getaway. additionally, the hotel staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable.
